In which The Off-Panelists get back in the saddle and ride out. They kick off a new epoch (era) or whatever you want to call it in an extra-long episode. Sloth Alex and Southerner Matt are joined by a new panelist... the Sphinxlike wiegabo. 

After attempts to enforce Hickman goodness on the rookie, the trio catch up on news missed over the break, including two big movie adaptations, before getting into comics. From the strut of Matt Murdock's walk in Daredevil, to the Dude in alienform in The Manhattan Projects, to the new rock 'n roll of science to Nowhere Men, before the true villain of OPP makes his return: Coffee Mug Bane!

In which The Off-Panelists experience pain of a whole new measure as two of the three in attendence tell tales of woe, from the sleep-deprived to a vicious pain that oddly makes for a more interesting tale than usual. Using the podcast to recover, join The Sloth, the Scotsman, and the Spaniard as they go about recounting the aquatic tales of this month's Aquaman, wrap their heads around an unexpected return in Fairest, discover more about how a Marvel baddie got the 'mad' in 'mad titan' in Thanos Rising, mull over The Movement, and give Swamp Thing and Animal Man status updates. Episode 59

In which the Skirt joins the Spaniard and the Southerner for a devil's three-way in this week's Off-Panel. After a lengthy bull session that includes being charmed with the Spaniard's roguish accent, a failed intervention, and the disturbing love of a man and his meat, they finally get into the comics of the week. While the Spaniard bites at anything with a hint of magic in it, the Skirt fights for women's lib in comics. After comics, the trio talk time travel and animated series in this week's news items. And, before the episode is over, someone will die! But not really. OR DO THEY?! They don't. OR DO THEY?!

Episode 58

In which the Scot and Spaniard are rejoined by the Southerner. They discuss the Spaniard's "unique" style of seduction and then venture into the relatively much more pleasing topics of Nazis and slavery. After questioning Wolverine's barbering skills, comparing their size of their "pull lists", and speculate on how many people Alan Moore can eat with his beard, they get into a lengthy news item that include a reverse gender Jimmy Olsen and Rob Liefeld's film magnum opus. After news, they carry out the usual berating of the dedicated listeners.

Following weekly reviews featuring one frustrated fan's brief take on Superman: Earth One Volume 2, a review of the current run of Fatale by Brubaker, more given praise for Wolverine And The X-Men, and another frustrated fan preaching to the choir about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Spaniard, the Scot, the Sloth, and the Southerner entertain the House of Mouse's acquisition of all things Star Wars, Locke And Key as a movie, and the latest casting for The Amazing Spider-Man sequel. In the midst, they resolve issues between them regarding one's refusal to read a DC mainstay's book, which movie is worse between Green Lantern and Superman Returns, and why a certain creator was just hired at Fox to make their creative decisions. Among the lot of books that detract from the week's theme are about a guy who's kind of like Ragman - but nothing like him at all, vampires who climax quickly and disappointingly, John Constantine's constant innuendo and self-hatred, and proof positive that Ocean Master can never look good. In which the crew welcome a third guest co-host as they try and decide whether it's truly okay to be gay - in comics, at least. They also play the gender mishmash game by answering the question of which characters could benefit from a sex change and why, tackling both sensitive subjects with a combination of brains and other appendages. For the first time in the history of OPP, the show is forced to go ahead without it's resident loveable Scotsman John Lees... or is it?

Featured in this week's episode: Standard reviews of the week's DCnU titles, a Marvel title about a team led by an affectionate uncle, some titles that barely anyone has consistently read, and talk of a fan's publicized backlash against a supposed agenda in comics - that are quickly proven false by the writer placed under the scrutiny. Burn in hell, Martinez!

In which the crew's blessed trinity are reunited and good times are had all around, except for when one podcaster's first name continually becomes a subject of question. Following the confusion, the crew dives in with reviews of DC's heavy hitter team, a one-in-done that impressed a ton, two graphic novels based off of acclaimed properties, and the most disappointing return to form since John severed the heads of the only good would-be Oscar nominees. Special appearance by Apollo Creed!

Featured in this week's episode: Reviews of DC, IDW, and Indie shoutouts, fronting talk of heated creative differences at DC and Image, a highly publicized falling out in the attempt to create a new book, aswell as debate about miscellaneous media influence over storylines and characters.
