Episode 92

In which it's all your fault, you fools! After a week of silence, the Off-Panelists are back and less mature than ever, as the Sloth and the Southerner once again take hold of the show where the tensions are usually high and the ink is usually fresh. Following a recap of headlines coming in straight out of New York Comic-Con, the two follow up lengthy discussions following the announced return of one of the most outspokenly missed characters in the DCU and fifteen minutes straight of talking up seasons one through three of "Breaking Bad" by reviewing such books as Jonathan Hickman's The Manhattan Projects, the latest chapter in Zero Year of Scott Snyder's Batman, a new release in the form of Kieron Gillen's Three, and others.

...

Stay out of our territory.

Episode 89

In which the Off-Panelist may or may not commit vehicular homicide. Join the Skirt, Southerner, and Spaniard as they listen to tales of Southern conventions, reveal gagtastic personal hygiene information, and discover that it is in fact the humidity, not the heat.

After Merce recaps her journey into the heart of Georgia for Dragon Con, Matt and Sergio talk amongst themselves about this week's score of books. From the evil evilness that is Forever Evil to John Lees' macabre baby And Then Emily Was Gone. After that, Scott Summers invents rock n' roll as things get heavy.

Episode 86

In which the Off-Panelist travel to Earth 69 for sexytime. Join the Skirt, Spaniard, and Southerner as they chew the fat on everything from pies and video games, to fighting chickens and pornstar doppelgangers of superheroes. Oh, and comics. From East of West's always epic dialogue to Saga and Merce's constant confusion on what's going on in the book, to Demon Knights and, somehow, a book that DC cancelled months ago.

Review: The Manhattan Projects #12

Warning: the following review contains spoilers

The best comic being put out right now is back for its twelfth installment. After the touching and refreshing character development of the previous issue, The Manhattan Projects latest issue has the same great character work with a tinge of sadness. After witnessing the great friendship between Enrico Fermi and Harry Daghilan in issue eleven, issue twelve takes that apart as the truth about Fermi’s alien origins is revealed.

Episode 51

In which, fresh off the hangover of Episode 50, the Scot and Southerner break free of the three panelist holding them back and venture forward into Episode 51 by themselves. After breaking the ice with noire and the most depressing Archie story ever told. They then dive into a few of this week's books, including an impressive #1 and too much time spent on the Middle East. The two pontifacators then get into the week's lone news item before they finish with listener questions.

It's fried chicken vs. haggis.
Kilts vs. klan hoods.
Whoever wins, we all have to suffer a goofy accent!
