Episode 121

In which the Off-Panelist want to know what you see. In this final (!) episode of the show, the Scot and Sphinx announce that they plan to close shop for good in favor of a podcast dedicated to  a more fitting culinary inclined television show. After the big news, it's on to the real news. From groping convention scumbags to the selling power of a raccoon with a ****king machine gun, to the potential Strange Marvel casting news and, if you listen closely, you can hear a Witnesses heart breaking from far away. On the comic book front; Original Sin is something crazy, Nailbiter is something riveting, and Big Trouble in Little China is something passable.

In which the Off-Panelist want to know who sent you, dammit! While the Sphinx skips on work, the Southerner begins to experience paranoia at the hands of nametag creep. They fight off their laziness and unease to get down to the rollercoster of emotions that is the news. From the depressing of X-Men: Days of Future Past to good news on the Daredevil Netflix, to bad news of Ant-Man, and then back up to ore Marvel casting news! After news it's on to books. The Southerner goes into the too lifelike implications of Southern Bastards and the dishes on the beauty of Velvet while the Sphinx poo-poos Nightwing and revels in the Gozer lory of Ghostbusters. In which the Off-Panelist reveal hidden secrets. The Sphinx surprises his secret sleeper agent agenda to flood the US with haggis. While he plots, the Scot talks about the Dawn of Justice, the headdesk worthiness of Goyer, and the awesomeness of the Guardians. After news it's on to books. While Saga is pretty Saga, East of West is pretty East of West, and Forever Evil is temporarily good.

Join all four of the OPP guys as they delve into this week's batch of comics and comics related news, all while trying to avoid the dreaded bitchitis. While the Sloth shocks with employment news, the Southerner tries to one-up his Midwestern soulmate, as well as spoil TV for the Scot, who drops the real bombshell by revealing the shocking origins of the Sphinx, he of the fighting German Wiegeabos. After news it's on to comics, where a pretty neat Detective Comics leads to a pretty awesome Moon Knight, and an underrated Swamp Thing segues into a Hulktastic She-Hulk. Who wins? Who loses? Episode 107

In which the Off-Panelist cut the fat and the jawing and get down to business. Join the Scot, Sphinx, and Southener as they try to get Dick out of their heads, Dick Grayson that is, and carry on withe show. While Matt gabs over Gotham, Wieg squees at the Flash casting news. On this week's books John and Wieg talk about the new direction of the Batman title while Matt goes over a couple of strong number ones, Vertigo's The Royals and Image's Mercenary Sea. Also on the table is Marvel's new Winter Solider series. Meanwhile the Wieg grapples with the dilemma of book droppage with Justice League 3000. John rounds out the books with a review of self-published horror comic Golem by the UK's own Christopher Kent.

Episode 102

In which the OPP crew get their motors running and head on down the highway.  Join the Sloth, Southerner, the newly licensed driver Scot, and the Skirt as they hop in their murder vans and proceed down the road to Bitch Planet. It's a road that includes asshole driving instructors, comics creators having conversations with chain restaurants, squishy faced Jedi, and the continued prattling of sandy-vagina voiced Alan Moore. And in comics there's the butt-stuff of Sex Criminals, the maneater of Fatale, and the syphilitics tinged history of Manifest Destiny.
